This whole posting is all about me! As it should be right??? Just kidding. My friend Cristen was pregnant last year and she said to Chris and I " sometimes I would just stare at my body and could not believe the changes" Her face expression was hilarious when talking about it. I now know what she was talking about. Staring off in the mirror time just fades away wow I think I can't believe the changes.

Mason takes my blood. We find out later that I'm a little bit anemic. No big deal really just adding Floridix to my daily routine.
Having a home birth allows for many choices with your birth plan. We have rented this portable hot tub. I will have the opportunity to relax and be comfortable. Water births are gentle and safe. The Tub will have jets as well as warm soothing water.

A midsummer nights dream

Well it is official, It is Spring! This year to prepare for our summer garden I ordered seeds from Seed Saver Exchange. This will be my first attempt at growing all the vegetables from seeds. I have a nice start to what will be planted in a month. This years garden will contain
Tomatos
Black from Tula, Italian Heirloom, Golden Medal, Aunt Ruby's German Green
Squash
Black Beauty Zucchini, Spaghetti Squash
Other vegetables
Bull Nose Large Bell Peppers,Double Yield Cucumber, Golden Beets, St. Valery Carrot
Herbs
Common Chives, Thyme, French Breakfast Radish, Lettuce Leaf Basil

a little bit of what March has to offer

Seriously, I love the beach, the ocean. I just don't see the need to go floating around in it looking for fish or sharks. I like it from the sand and when I'm up on the strong shoulders of Chris taking a look about before swimming in the CLEAR ocean water.
A great place to see the underwater world is at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
The Jelly fish exhibit at the aquarium was so beautiful. Soft music plays and the lights are low. You see how Art imitates Nature.
Happy 61st Birthday Mom. Last year we went on a great Mexican Cruise this year a trip to Monterey and Carmel.
A beautiful evenings dinner at Carmel Ranch restaurant. We sat outside under heater lamps and had a great meal.
